The North Jersey Community Research Initiative (NJCRI), founded in 1988, is one of New Jersey’s longest-standing community-based health organizations. NJCRI offers HIV prevention and treatment, pediatric and primary care, behavioral research, education on chronic illnesses, and community outreach. Its services include a food pantry, syringe services, and mental health support, offering free and confidential care to more than 10,000 individuals each year. NJCRI’s programs are designed to promote equitable access, reduce health disparities, and improve overall community health.

Free Store
The free store at NJCRI offers essential items and resources to individuals and families in need, promoting dignity and providing practical support.
