Confidential Hepatitis C Testing – Free and confidential rapid testing for early detection and diagnosis.

Medical Evaluation and Treatment Coordination – Comprehensive assessments, care planning, and coordination with healthcare providers for timely treatment.

Linkage to Care – Direct referrals and warm hand-offs to clinical providers, behavioral health services, and supportive care.

Risk Reduction Education – Information and tools to reduce the risk of transmission and promote safer practices.

Community Outreach and Mobile Testing – Bringing Hepatitis C education, testing, and support directly to neighborhoods and high-impact communities.

Peer and Patient Support – Guidance and encouragement from trained staff to assist with treatment adherence, navigation, and overall well-being.

Integrated Care Referrals – Connections to NJCRI’s comprehensive services, including HIV testing, PrEP/nPEP navigation, behavioral health, and substance use support.
